    Northwest Hospital & Medical Center, a part of the UW Medicine System, is looking for an Internal Medicine Physicians to join Dr. Naomi Lee in our Presurgery Evaluation Clinic. This position will be employed by UW Physicians in the Northwest Hospital Department.

    About the Area
    Northgate is one of the largest neighborhoods in north Seattle and it has everything from a private lake to the Worlds’ first mall. Recently new housing and commercial complexes have been built in the area and work has been done to preserve Thornton Creek which runs through the neighborhood. Many projects are still along the way and Northgate serves as a great starting point to enjoy all the iconic things the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Within a 2 hour driving radius you can drive to Canada, Ski on the Cascades, or check out the tide pools along our beaches.

    The Physician will evaluate risk due to medical comorbidities in pre-surgical patients and medically optimize hig risk patients prior to surgery. Communicate plans and recommendations to all stakeholders, participate in multi-disciplinary huddles andencourage shared decision making with patients.


    The ideal candidate will have a focus on constant quality with a desire for continued improvement in our processes, care pathways and a desire in developing our growing program.




    • Board certified/eligible in Internal  at time of employment

    • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
